What size should I order? Please see our sizing guide for more details and suggestions for fit. Our sizes range from XS- 2XL. We offer unisex tees which means they run larger. Women should order one size down from their regular size for a slimmer fit. All customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases. All figures and sizes are different.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. If you need items by a certain day, please email us to ensure we can get your order out by then! Email us at info@g0dcre8tedapparel.com.
Do you offer package tracking? Yes. We will provide you with the tracking details once your package is shipped with the email provided.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Shipping is usually handled by USPS and items are most likely to be sent First Class or Priority. Please allow 3-5 days (First Class) or 2-3 days (Priority) for your items to reach you once shipped. Note* USPS continues to experience some delays due to the pandemic.
Do you accept returns/exchanges? Our items are made to order through Printify. We do not keep an inventory, when you order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. Due to COVID-19 and our intent to ensure health and safety, we do not accept exchanges until further notice. All sales are final. If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Contact us directly for exchange request at info@g0dcre8tedapparel.com. In the subject line type 'Exchange Request' and within the email please include your order number.
Are there any specific care instructions? Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
- Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. DO NOT IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
Do you offer a variety t-shirt colors? All t-shirt colors that are listed on the website are currently the colors we offer. Limited edition t-shirts and promo colors are offered but not guaranteed. Sign up for our email list to be notified when new colors become available. Email us at info@g0dcre8ted.com to request or inquire or request about special t-shirt colors.
What brand shirts do you print on? Our goal is to always provide high quality shirts, cotton/poly-blend, soft-style, with a relaxed but taped fit. Shirts are true to size based on our sizing chart, they are also fashionable and slim fit.
Do you offer coupons or discounts? Sign up for our mailing list receive a 10%off discount code. You will then be notified of all new sales and promo that we will offer. Discounts can and will not be applied to a previous purchase. Only one discount code may be applied per purchase and must be applied at time of purchase. This means that once your order has been processed no discount codes can be applied.
Can I cancel or/modify my order? Trust that we will try our best to be accommodating, if you have any issues, send us an email at info@g0dcre8tedapparel.com with appropriate request in subject line.
What forms of payment do you accept? All major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express are excepted through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
